Expert Installation
E&S benefits from a loyal and committed staff and the site installation teams are no exception. All of our projects are allocated a Resident Supervisor and to supplement our site teams, E&S also employs experienced sub-contract labour. These installation crews have worked in partnership with us for many years and are fully conversant with both our own and wider construction industry standards. They are all fully trained and certificated on the safe use of relevant plant and tools and we pride ourselves on 100% of our installation teams being SKILLcarded under the CSCS scheme.
Our supervisors and construction managers all hold SSSTS certificates and are first aid trained. They are responsible for ensuring that we plan ahead for our installation crews, ensuring efficient and safe progress is made on site. We are committed to running a safe site and providing a safe work environment, not just talking about health and safety. We regularly conduct toolbox talks, safety checks and audits. Working safely is of paramount importance with E&S and is considered throughout the entire lifecycle of the project - nothing is more important than the safety of our teams and how they work compliantly on site.
E&S insists that the same high standards of installation are maintained from the very first section of ductwork we install right down to the last grille that we level in.
