At the heart of E&S Heating & Ventilation Ltd is a fully staffed engineering office which houses surveying, estimating, draughting, planning and buying departments, all based at the same premises as our factory. This allows us to ensure a genuinely seamless service to clients as planning and production teams are in close daily contact and any necessary changes are quick and easy to communicate. This agility is genuinely our USP and is one of the things that really makes E&S stand out in the ductwork ventilation product manufacture marketplace.

Our Contracts Manager leads the Project Management Team, and the day-to-day engineering, administration and development of each project is handled by one of our experienced Project Managers. Each Project Manager works with a hand-picked team of Engineers, Draughtsmen and Surveyors who respond to the demands of the construction programme and clients' requirements. When a project is run from our Hailsham office, the Project Engineer and/or Draughtsmen will attend site as necessary to represent our company at both progress and coordination meetings, carry out site surveys and meet with the client when required. The skills and expertise of our Contracting team ensure that every airside package we deliver works exactly as specified.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) & Digital Engineering

BIM is a process for creating and managing detailed information on a construction project throughout its whole life cycle. A digital description of every aspect of the built asset is created, using a combination of information-rich 3D models and associated structured data such as product, execution and handover information.

As a modern and innovative manufacturer, E&S Heating & Ventilation Ltd is committed to using state of the art digital engineering tools and data sharing software. Our digital engineering expertise takes our capability way beyond just modelling - we also use these skills to improve design, mitigate risk, maximise workflow efficiency, facilitate smart collaboration and deliver better project outcomes.

We connect workflows and teams through the pre-construction and construction phases using Autodesk Navisworks and BIM Collaborate Pro, Revit is used to create 3D, parametric and data-driven modelling and manufacture-ready models and detailing uses our in-house controlled Fabrication CADmep content library. Project information is secure, easily accessible and simple to audit from pre-construction to operation.
