Rathbone Square is just north of Oxford Street, in Fitzrovia and comprises two L-shaped blocks, ranging from seven to nine storeys, around the new 1,800m² garden square. It delivers 160 luxury and affordable residences, in one of central London’s first new public squares to be created in the last 100 years. In addition to premium retail space there is also over 22,000m² of commercial workspace that now houses Facebook’s UK headquarters. A mixed and challenging requirement for ductwork design, manufacture and installation for the different elements of the build.
