 In the heart of the Bank Conservation Area in the City of London, this 37,500 sq.m scheme replaced an obsolete 1960's office tower to provide new office and retail accommodation. Delivering 290,000 sqft of commercial space, the development comprised a full shell & core and Category A fit-out to all areas providing a high standard Company Headquarters. Standing at 102.4m high, the iconic skyscraper that was demolished to make way for the new development, is the tallest ever high-rise to be demolished in the United Kingdom.
