With unparalleled views of Buckingham Palace and Green Park, Clarges is an understated, low-rise structure that subtly reflects the historic richness of the area and is inspired by the grand houses that once dominated Mayfair. The build effortlessly complements the architecture surrounding it thanks to the elegant façade, which is made of traditional Portland stone with contemporary detailing. In the highly prestigious residential block E&S Heating and Ventilation was also responsible for providing the fully discreet ventilation and air supply solutions for the luxury swimming pool and fitness suite.
