E&S Heating and Ventilation Ltd were awarded the galvanised and Flameshield fire rated ductwork package from NG Bailey Ltd who were in turn contracted by Sir Robert McAlpine to provide all of the mechanical and electrical services for the new European Headquarters and Data Centre for American Express. The project was subject to a number of technical challenges during the construction phase which were all successfully overcome. These included the site’s proximity to the main seafront, the restricted and confined nature of the site adjacent to the main Brighton Police Station and much social housing. The project included a full Category A fit-out and E&S Heating and Ventilation Ltd contributed to the final co-ordination solution to ensure all of the required ductwork was successfully positioned around the services.
