 E & S Heating and Ventilation’s work on the project comprised a full shell & core and Category A fit out utilising fan coil units on this MACE led project for Land Securities. The fast-track refurbishment of this iconic 1980’s building in central London was carried out quickly and efficiently following in depth consultation with the local community. The decision to refurbish rather than rebuild was reached in order to minimise the impact on the surrounding residential and business areas. The original dark brown tinted glazing was replaced with a brighter, reflective façade and the canopy was removed to allow the original 1970s architecture to shine.
